Privacy policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This policy explains how Digital Bridge handles personal data when you visit digital-bridge.digital or engage us for treasury controls audits. We operate from China Merchants Tower, Western District, Hong Kong.
Data we collect
From enquiries: name, work email, service interest, and message content you submit. From engagements: contact details, role information, and materials you provide for audit fieldwork. From the site: limited technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and cookie preferences if you interact with the banner.
How we use data
We use enquiry data to respond and schedule scoping calls. Engagement data is used to perform contracted audits and related follow-up. Technical logs help maintain security and diagnose faults. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, we process data for contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent where you accept optional cookies.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months unless they become part of an engagement file. Engagement working papers are retained as stated in the proposal, typically up to seven years for professional records. Cookie preference choices remain until you clear storage or change them.
Sharing
We may share data with hosting and email providers that process it on our instructions, or when required by law. We do not use enquiry forms to run advertising auctions.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention duties for engagement files. Email hello@digital-bridge.digital.
